About this job
Westlake Self Storage in Waldorf, MD has an immediate opening for a part-time Maintenance Person to work up to 25 hours per week from the business hours shown below. The responsibility of this position is to efficiently maintain the building and grounds of the storage property under the direction of the Property Manager. This includes maintaining doors, lights and equipment. Cleaning the property and grounds (including mopping, waxing and sealing floors), painting, caulking and performing repairs and other projects as assigned.
The hours of this position are daytime hours from the following business hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
