Looking for energetic, motivated applicants for the position of Night Shift Janitorial Lead. Must have dependable transportation, pass a drug screening and background check. A minimum of 1 year Janitorial and or Lead type experience. Openings for the front half and back of the week allowing for one weekend day off.
The Janitorial Lead trains new team members and follows up with them to assure
the work meets Clean for SHAPE standards.
Responsibilities
Interact with client to provide professional and prompt customer service
Train, motivate, and supervise team members
Perform quality control inspections and performance audits
Manage employee schedules and ensure appropriate staffing
Assist Site Supervisor in managing/documenting team member performance; may perform duties independently
Oversee employees to meet or exceed building cleanliness standards
Maintain inventory of cleaning and consumables
Maintain building safety and security
Ensure janitor closet meets safety and cleanliness standards
Ensure daily labor meets established budget
Follow all company policies and procedures
Assist in restocking delivered janitorial supplies
Perform limited janitorial/specialty work (carpet cleaning, windows, etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned by Site Supervisor
