Hours of Operation:

Leadership roles require availability and flexibility within the site’s hours of operation. Below are the hours of operation for eCommerce:

7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent highly preferred or willingness to obtain
• Experience in warehousing, logistics 3PL, supply chain or advanced manufacturing
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or ISO9000 a plus
• Skilled at consistently managing and meeting KPIs
• Able to manage a team of up to 50 associates
• Strong computer skills and understanding of the internet and Microsoft Office
• Creative and technical writing abilities required

Physical Demands:

• Stand for prolonged periods of time
• Grip, pull and tug with hands
• Bend, kneel and crouch with back and legs
• Luft up to 50 lbs
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance, colour peripheral, depth and ability to adjust focus
