Position Specifications

 

Job Title:   Human Resources Manager

 

Position Scope

Oversee Human Resources operations for the facility.

 

Education Standard

·         Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources related function

 

Experience  (knowledge requirements)

·         Employment Law

·         Employee Relations

·         All aspects of supervision of staff members

·         Food Safety standards for food production work spaces

·         Financial skills for managing budgets, food and labor costs including scheduling hours.

·         Computer skills for Microsoft office programs – Word, Excel, Power Point

·         Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and ADP a plus

·         Bi-Lingual Preferred

Job Duties (key activities)

·         Work effectively with the entire team on recruiting, training, performance reviews and administration.

·         Manage staff members as appropriate

·         Manage review process for new hires, midyear and year end for assigned groups.

·         Manage budgets for recruiting and training for assigned groups.

·         Support safety related activities for facility.

·         Conduct training as needed on required topics such as supervision, safety and policies.

 

Accountabilities (required results)
