About this job
Responsible for the safe and efficient repair, Preventative and cleaning of all equipment associated with plant processes. You will also perform all maintenance on plant equipment. Technicians are responsible to communicate any issues with the management team. Continuous plant operations will require 12 hr shifts. Must be able to adapt to 12 hour workdays and meet call in requirements as needed.
Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication on plant and structural equipment.
Maintain all plant equipment including, but not limited to : centrifuges, pumps, motors, gearboxes, minor electrical systems, PLC's, heat exchangers, compressors,grain handling equipment, fans and blowers.
Operate equipment such as tele handler, skid steers, tractors, ATV's, pay loaders, and forklifts.
Need valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
Ability to get forklift certification
Experience with fabrication, welding, cutting, and repairing equipment.
High School diploma or equivalent required
Lift 50lbs
Pass background check and drug screen
