Summary/Objective

As a growing Facilities Management and Services group, we are seeking a highly motivated Jr. Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team. Primary responsibilities will include contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates for our client Tesla. This position will solely focus on recruitment for Tesla in various cities. Positions mainly are recyclers/sorters. Must be self-motivated and have prior experience in high volume commercial recruiting. Bilingual- Spanish and English.

This position will primarily be supporting our client Tesla, and home base will either be Fremont or San Jose. Positions are high volume sorters/recyclers, forklift operators and drivers. Must be self-motivated and driven. Bilingual- Spanish and English.

Essential Functions

Contacting candidates, following up with candidates and managing candidate pipeline.
High volume recruiting for sorter/recycler positions for Tesla account
Briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
Maintain timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.
Presenting candidates to our management/sales team and applying quality standards.
Posting job descriptions on job boards and tracking posting status and results.
Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
Complete extensive necessary pre-employment processes including background tests and document verification.
Identify and attend networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, technical schools and outplacement services.
Act as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaison with advertising agencies, process and check advertising agency billings, liaison with temporary agencies.
Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.

Must be bilingual: fluent English and Spanish

Education and Work Experience

High volume recruitment in commercial field such as Janitorial recruiting or General Labor recruiting experience - 1-3 years needed
