Dining Room Manager

Overview:

Anthony’s Restaurants is a family of unique seafood restaurants located throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are dedicated to giving our guests a truly Northwest dining experience by using local in-season produce which is expertly paired with regional wines and micro-brews. We are looking for a passionate individual who will uphold and exceed Anthony’s reputation for the finest fresh seafood which is expertly served with an uncompromising commitment to quality and value. We take great pride in the development and growth of our management team. As a manager at Anthony’s, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and leading your team members to provide the same quality of service.

Responsibilities:

·         Create, provide, and support exceptional service to every guest.

·         Provide guidance and leadership to your team members.

·         Facilitate a positive and friendly environment for all team members.

·         Hire, train, and supervise the service team.

·         Execute the three phases of Manager Capabilities.

Qualifications:

Prior restaurant management experience is preferable, but not a necessity. More importantly, we are looking for passionate individuals who work hard and deliver exceptional leadership and service to our team members and guests.
