About this job
This is a full time position and pay is dependent on experience, ability and productivity. This position has Compensation packages which will include performance incentives, health benefits and access to a company vehicle.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5PM with some weekend work available and some may be required during peak season. This is not a seasonal position as we retain our staff year-round and are looking to hire a motivated individual who is willing to work hard and grow with the business.
This role involves: Interior and exterior residential carpentry and repair, Deck and fence repair & construction, Estimating, and Management of Customers, Projects and Small teams.
Applicants must have:
- 5 - 10 Years of minimum carpentry experience.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to lift a 75lb ladder, haul lumber and lift heavy equipment.
- A Valid drivers license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to speak, type and communicate in English, with Spanish being an added bonus.
Employment will begin with a paid 2 week assessment period to insure skill level competency and proficiency. After trial period is complete, employee will be hired at $20 to $32 per hour, DOE.
