*Being able to provide a high level of customer service. (assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person or by phone.
* Ability to market the company while picking up or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner.
*Ability to navigate follow up with businesses and customers.This includes insurance adjusters or agents,dealerships,auto body shops.
*Ability to obtain appropriate information regarding status and availability of rentals and customer vehicles.
* Cleaning vehicle interior and exterior by hand or operating washing equipment if needed.
*Notify management of any known customer problems
*Apply appropriate rental charges and handle all forms of payment.
*Collect and receive branch receivables or vehicles
*Ability to up-sell optional protection products.
* Assist in increasing Branch sales.
* Notify management of vehicle problems and of needed maintenance.
We are looking for an individual that has competencies in Sales,has a strong work ethic and is willing to embrace the training that is needed to become a successful leader.
Other requirements of this job are :
*Current and Valid Drivers license.
*Ability to stand for up to 5 hours per day
*Work outside in all types of weather.
* Ability to operate large variety of vehicles and common office equipment.
