What You’ll Do:

·         You will be responsible for professionally providing the daily upkeep of resident apartments and all common areas through the community

·         Ensure apartments are maintained in a safe, comfortable and attractive manner while keeping resident’s personal items safe

·         Prepare vacant apartments to be ready for new resident move ins

·         Thoroughly clean all apartments and common areas to Merrill Gardens standards

·         Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests

·         Coordinate housekeeping services with other departments

What You Bring:

·         High school diploma or GED preferred

·         One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred

·         Experience working with seniors helpful  

·         Experience working in a customer service focused environment

·         Able to communicate in both written and spoken English

·         Must be at least 18 years of age

·         Able to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
