What You’ll Do:
• Complete work orders assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager and clean and maintain community by performing general maintenance duties including painting, polishing furniture, fixture cleaning, defrosting refrigerators, vacuuming and trash pickup, cleaning public restrooms and cleaning furniture in common areas
• Monitor and check all outside doors at night and check exterior lighting
• Answer community phone lines
• Administrative tasks and light office support

What You Bring:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred
• Must be able to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment
• Able to meet physical demands of the position
