Job Title: Diversity Business Management Internship

Pay Rate: $10 to $12 per hour

 

SUMMARY

The Spring or Summer Intern will rotate jobs between sales, operations, and recruiting gaining knowledge in all three areas.  The objective is to provide a meaningful learning experience for undergraduate students with a focus on Business Management studies.

Intern will shadow and work along-side a Sales Representative, a Branch Manager and a Senior Market Recruiter to gain hands-on experience in each area of focus. The main point of contact will be the Market Manager and they will be assigned a partner to shadow in each rotation.  

The assignment will be up to 85 days in duration (12 weeks/30 – 40 hours per week) in the Twin Cities Metro Area.  Preference for bi-lingual (Spanish/English) candidates.  Preference for college juniors or seniors.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Diversity Internship Schedule
Week 1 – 3:  Recruiting
Week 4 – 9:  Branch Operations       
Week 10 – 12:  Sales
Final Presentation:  During the last week of intern experience, deliver a presentation to the Regional Vice President and Market Manager on learnings from the experience.

  • Issue worker tickets
  • Complete Safety Site Visits
