Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to appropriate personnel in a courteous, articulate and timely manner;
- Greet visitors in a professional manner as well as managing duties of sign-in, distributing visitor badges, contacting the employee the guest is meeting with, signing out guest and collecting badges after the meeting is complete;
- Great phone etiquette
