Air Export Customer Service Agent - No industry experience required!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Must be able to work 1 st and 2 nd shift hours and the weekends if needed
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating the movement of air cargo freight in a manner that is in accordance with the company mission statement, and in compliance with applicable governmental regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and abilities
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to relate to internal peers at different levels as well as external customers and vendors. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Familiar with standard email programs. Ability to work without constant supervision within a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivation and attention to detail required.
