Job Description

Key administrative marketing position working effectively in a team environment with NAPA Product Team members, suppliers, and marketing agencies. This position requires attention to detail as the deliverable affects the pricing to all stores and their customers. Must have an ability to work independently on many projects simultaneously as many of the promotions overlap including Retail Sales Driver, Farm Circular, HD Truck Stop, Body Shop Buys, and other specific promotional activity. Experience with automotive products would be helpful as well as creative ability to evaluate the appearance of these publications.

Responsibilities

• Posting and maintenance of general ledger accounts, invoicing, billing, payroll transactions, accounts payable and general ledger adjustments
• Verify amounts and codes on various forms for accuracy
• General bookkeeping
• General office duties including: phones, filing, travel arrangements, department invoicing, meeting planning and scheduling
