The Training Center Ambassador reports to the Manager of Training and is responsible for the total Technician “training experience” while at our Dish Network Services Training Centers. The Training Ambassador’s primary role is to create a positive experience for trainees participating in courses at DNS training centers. Training Coordinator acts as a “concierge” to facilitate a positive and productive training environment. 

  • Confirm and manage travel itineraries of trainees by teaming with Ops/Recruiting/Travel
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all trainees and staff
  • Identify local vendors and coordinate on-site meals for Trainees
  • Request/Receive/Audit/Reconcile equipment and inventory
  • Utilize existing processes to purchase/receive items utilized by staff
  • Support regional training team to ensure proper class preparation including:  Class materials ordering/receiving, course schedule optimization, hands-on equipment management, Learning Management System administration, facility management, and other duties as assigned #CB2
