Service Advisor - Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a prompt and friendly manner
• Complete service request forms and suggest services and specials
• Prioritize required services and provide options
• Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses and possible changes
• Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle
• Build long-term, positive relationships with customers
  
  

Service Advisor - Requirements:

• Previous dealership experience is preferred
• Good customer service skills and knowledge of cars is required
• Computer proficient
• Self-motivated and friendly with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
