Rosati’s Pizza, a Chicagoland Favorite since 1964 is looking for hard working, experienced pizza cooks. FT & PT shifts available.
The Pizza Prep Cook is responsible for creating and cooking pizzas and prepping a variety of the pizza ingredients.
Responsibilities:
- Refer to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties
- Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Prepare menu items/pizza according to established procedures
- Ensure the pizzas are put in the oven on time
- Ensure the quality of all the pizzas
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Restaurant Kitchen experience required
- Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights & weekends
- Great Attitude
- Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
- Dependable and punctual
