Warehouse Workers

Job Description:

Kelly Services, Inc. has 30+ openings for temp to hire inventory, shipping and receiving clerks and forklift operators in the Decatur, IL area! First (1st), Second (2nd), and Third (3rd) shifts are available! These individuals will be expected to perform various manual functions within a packaging work environment.

Requirements

Essential Functions:

*Properly empty/fills, sorts, organizes, wraps/unwraps product according to company expectations

*Handles incoming product and delivers to proper area

*Read inventory documents and retrieve necessary product

*Ship and receives customer parts

*Auditing

*Properly builds displays, folding cartons and palletizing product; sorts damaged product

*Safely operates various equipment and tools

*Properly utilizes a warehouse management system and maintains appropriate work documents

*Maintains the cleanliness and order or work areas

Physical Requirements:

*Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse

*Frequent sitting, bending, stooping, crouching, lifting, walking, standing, climbing, driving, pushing/pulling

*Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 pounds

Education/Experience Requirements:

*High school diploma or equivalent preferred

*May require material handling certification

*One years of experience in warehouse and/or packaging operations preferred
