Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

* Responsible for the delivery of Owners and Guests, their luggage and other items within the Lodge

* Ensure the timely and efficient transfer of luggage to and from Residence

* Ensure Owners and Guests are familiar with the Lodge and their Residence ie. temperature control, location of elevators, fitness center, spa

* Responsible to provide a safe and comfortable shuttle service

* Maintain a presence at Reception, when not delivering Owners and

* Guests to the Residence or providing Lodge tours or shuttle service, offering assistance, under the direction of the Reception Supervisor

* Assist Owners and Guests regarding Lodge facilities in an informative and helpful way, providing Lodge tours upon arrival or by request \

* Follow department policies, procedures and service standards, including all safety policies

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Previous customer related experience an asset

* Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation

* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

* Highly responsible & reliable

* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

* Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

* Ability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening shifts

Physical Aspects of Position include but are not limited to the following:

* Constant standing and walking throughout shift

* Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs

* Constant kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting

* Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
