Ramen Nagomi is a high pace high volume Japanese Ramen House located in the downtown New Brunswicok. We are currently seeking to expand our FOH staff with additional servers and busser/host. Because we have a near constant wait, we must be required to flip tables faster in order to accomodate the needs of our customers.
Host/busser wie repoonsible for greetign guests, mananging the waitlist, seating guests in a smart, efficient, mannner, help run food, bus/reset table, open/close dining room, mop, restock, clean.
Servers wil be reponsible for greeting guests, accurately and effectively explaining menu and concept to our guests, taking orders, firing orders, running food, bussing/restting table, open/close dining room, cash handling, general cleaning duties
We are seeking motivated individuals that ae self-managing and have a good sense of hosting, taking care of customers, being fast, efficient, working in a high pace high stress environment.
Must be OK with janitorial duties.
Seeking Servers With Weekdays Lunch/Dinner availability
Busser/Host is $9 with tip out from servers (1.5% of total sales)
Server is $2.50 with tip with a tip out of 3% of total sales
