Four Foods Group, a franchisee of Little Caesars is currently seeking a Director of Restaurant Management - Multi-Unit Manager for our Birmingham, AL area. As a DORM you will be responsible for building and supervising a group of stores and teams that achieve company goals of customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability and operate the restaurant according to the standards and procedures outlined in the Operational Resource Guide (ORG).
This invitation is for experienced multi-unit managers, as well as seasoned general managers who have had multi-store supervision experience and are ready to learn the skills needed to succeed at the next level.
Qualities required in a multi-unit manager candidate - The ability to assemble, train, lead, guide, hold accountable a team fairly and consistently. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years’ multi unit experience or as a successful GM with a proven track record in high volume business with multi-unit supervision.
A valid driver's license is required from the state of residence with a driving record maintained within company guidelines.
