Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a qualified LPN or CNA to head up the training for our CAREGivers. Candidate must be experienced and be able to demonstrate expertise in all ADL's.
Job responsibilities are as follows:

- Coordinate training schedule each week with HR and Staffing to meet needs for orientation.
- Present training information in a concise and professional manor.
- Conduct pre-employment CAREGiver evaluations and assessments.
- Re-train CAREGivers as needed prior to orientation
- Prepare training as needed for each training class.
- Insure each training class is prepared for providing adequate care.
- Assist QA with field evaluations as needed.
- Assist HR with scheduling Alzheimer and Dementia training.
- Provide real life experience scenarios to employees.
- Develop curriculum and instruct CNA training class
