Locally owned Hot Head Burritos is looking for hard working, reliable Shift Leaders. They will be responsible for making a variety of flavorful entrees, while providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere. The shift leader is responsible for maintaining guest services and keeping up the operation of the store. This includes interacting with customers, directing and training other employees through their daily tasks and routines, maintaining labor costs, preparing food, and maintaining a positive work environment.
