About this job

The job of Restaurant Customer Service is to provide incredible service by working with the service team in attending to tables and meeting the needs of guests and supporting the Culinary Team in accurately expediting and delivering food items to our guests. This position will work with other Restaurant team members to ensure all elements of an exceptional dining experience are achieved.

  • Properly handle products, use equipment and keep accurate logs in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines; as well as comply with State Restaurant Health Code Regulations

Product (What We Do)

  • Prepare the dining room, bar and event areas for service with exceptional attention to detail; ensuring all areas are clean, organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including any assigned side work, and ensure all tasks are completed in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Follow proper recipes to ensure menu offerings are consistently prepared to showcase high quality

Work Environment

Work includes continuous walking, standing for prolonged periods of time without a break, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, frequent lifting and carrying, and occasional heavy lifting, along with continuous interaction with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment. Work includes forceful gripping as well as awkward and forceful postures of the wrist. Work may include frequent stair climbing. Work involves exposure to various work environments, including temperature changes. The average weight range of items lifted is 10-20 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 40 pounds occasionally. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Sommelier
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail, restaurant service or other hospitality related industry setting
  • Experience as a Bartender and or server in a fast casual restaurant
