The Starbucks Barista will be responsible for providing guests with "legendary customer service". They must prepare coffee drinks to Starbucks standard for each order. Baristas are expected to be courteous and friendly while a displaying a sense of urgency to fulfill the needs of the business.

· Handling food and beverage purchases, accepting payment and making change.

· Preparing beverages 'in routine' as trained.

· Accurate handling and counting of large amounts of cash.

· Maintaining constant cleanliness of cashier and dining area.

· Resolving issues and assisting guests with any questions.

· Opening/unlocking the store may be required as necessary.

· Working at multiple Vail Resort Starbucks operations may be required.

· Other duties as assigned
