POSITION OBJECTIVE
Build and strengthen customer loyalty by creating and implementing solutions to complex customer needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gathers or provides requirements for sample size to conduct reviews.
  • Utilizes test scripts to test controls.
  • Prepares reporting to management and presents findings.
  • Understand current regulatory compliance guidelines

  • Documents testing results thoroughly and consistently

    • Builds strong Business Partner Relationships to enhance Customer Service
    • Takes ownership of the Customer experience by efficiently resolving complex issues
    • Uses deep knowledge as a subject matter expert to deliver outstanding issue resolution to internal and external business partners
    • Identifies and shares process improvement opportunities to provide an enhanced
    • Customer service experience
    • Assists customers through a variety of channels including phone, email, chat and social media.

    QUALIFICATIONS?
    Required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to interact well with others in a team oriented environment
    • Proficiency in computer navigation skills
    Preferred
    • 3 years experience in a customer service environment
    • Bachelor’s degree or post High School continuing education
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
