POSITION OBJECTIVE
Build and strengthen customer loyalty by creating and implementing solutions to complex customer needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gathers or provides requirements for sample size to conduct reviews.
Utilizes test scripts to test controls.
Prepares reporting to management and presents findings.
Understand current regulatory compliance guidelines
Performs job duties with high degree of accuracy
Documents testing results thoroughly and consistently

- Builds strong Business Partner Relationships to enhance Customer Service
- Takes ownership of the Customer experience by efficiently resolving complex issues
- Uses deep knowledge as a subject matter expert to deliver outstanding issue resolution to internal and external business partners
- Identifies and shares process improvement opportunities to provide an enhanced
- Customer service experience
- Assists customers through a variety of channels including phone, email, chat and social media.
- Makes timely Operational Decisions to positively affect business outcomes
- Assesses consequences and impact of decisions and prioritizes issues accordingly
- Remains visible and approachable to positively align associates by providing consistent guidance and motivation
- Identifies and actively monitors call volume patterns and provides feedback Increase efficiency and improve customer experience through

- Solves multi-faceted issues using business and product knowledge and best practices

Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact well with others in a team oriented environment
- Proficiency in computer navigation skills
- 3 years experience in a customer service environment
- Bachelor’s degree or post High School continuing education
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
