Customer Service Rep

Motel 6 is hiring Customer Service Reps for our Contact Center. In this role, you would be helping our guests with their reservation needs, and also helping with any future reservation opportunities. People that perform the best can listen attentively, they are personable and able to sell and spotlight our newly renovated motel locations.

  • We offer steady work at a competitive rate , ($10.00/hr to start, first raise at six months, AND monthly bonus potential up to $350.00)

What You Will Be Doing
  • Quoting rates, gaining agreement, and confirming the reservation
  • Accurately input detailed information into our system (basic computer knowledge and typing ability is needed)
  • Assist guest with new reservations, modifications, cancellations and/or special needs
  • Review availability and rates with guests and market our renovated room types, facilities, features and specials.
