Practice Details:

* Average # of patients per day = 18-20

* Hours Clinic is open: Monday-Thursday 8a - 6p, Friday 8a - 5p

* No hospital duties

* Call: rotate with current providers, telephonic call

* My Nurse call system screens calls

Qualifications
