WHAT YOU WILL DO FOR US:       

- Ensure completion of all daily cleaning duties and follow-up with Maintenance Supervisor.     
- Assist with maintenance requests for current residents with friend service and quality workmanship.
- Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors in all common areas.      
- Clean glass doors and windows.      
- Pick up and empty trash throughout the building.      
- Clean management offices and models on a daily basis.      
- Assist office staff with preparing packets (newsletters, etc) to be delivered to residents and assist with posting notices to doors.        
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule preventative grounds work and service requests.
