Assistant Managers are expected to work a full 45-hour week. Including nights, weekends and holidays. You are also expected to be in uniform while working. Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Must have the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must have one year experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a management role, but will consider all restaurant applicants for management. Level 1 or Level 2 Certification in Food Safety Preferred.
