For some, traveling and being away is fun; however, many travelers miss being home. Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your contribution helps ensure guests an enjoyable and comfortable stay. 

As a Supervisor, you will

• Inspect all assigned guest rooms including special clean items and equipment daily to ensure quality service.
• Train and monitor housekeepers on their daily responsibilities to ensure house rules, safety rules, security procedures and housekeeping procedures and standards are understood and followed
• Respond and comply with all guest requests, issues and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update housekeeping management on the progress and status of each area of responsibility
• Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
• Assist with daily cleaning of rooms during peak periods or in the absence of the regular housekeepers

Fundamentals

To be successful in this role, you need effective English communication skills.  This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-30 pounds. You will also lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.  You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
