Basic job details: You’ll be responsible for the complete cleaning of a large home and adjacent out buildings. A general scope of work/duties list will be provided. This position will require great attention to detail, ability to adjust task schedule to meet the needs of the home owner, and excellent communication between you, the Homeowners and the Account Manager. A solid background in Residential Cleaning is preferred, but we will be happy to guide you with the tools and resources to be successful in this position.

Basic job duties include:
• Complete cleaning of kitchen and bar areas to include sinks, counters, tables, cabinets and appliances
• Complete cleaning of main living areas including tables, counters, shelves, baseboards, window sills, furniture.
• Complete cleaning of bedrooms to include washing of linens and making of beds.
• Complete clean of laundry rooms including counters, cabinets and machines.
• Complete cleaning of restrooms including mirrors, toilets, sinks, counters, showers and bathtubs.
• Complete cleaning of floors throughout to include vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Removal of trash and recycling throughout the home.
• Maintain equipment and supplies to standards, order supplies through Account Manager or Homeowner as needed.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, putting feedback to good use.
• Learn and follow all safety and security procedures.
• Report home maintenance needs to Account Manager and Homeowner as needed.

Job Requirements
Work environment: This Home is located on beautiful Lake Winnebago in Stockbridge, WI. The homeowners are pet lovers so someone who is comfortable with cats and dogs is a must. This position may be set up as a solo cleaning position or we may assign/clean as a pair. We work with each employee to find a good match based on experience, interest and ability. We take pride in our efforts to provide a consistent experience for customers AND a rewarding job site match for employees.

Residential cleaning experience or training related to the job is required. Must be able to provide us with residential cleaning references. Here are the "must have" tools of the trade:

TRANSPORTATION - You'll need to be able to reliably get to work each day.

WILLINGNESS - You'll need to be coachable. We'll gladly teach you the "Jack's Way". You'll be the player on the field that "runs the plays" every day to score points with our customers.

UNDERSTANDING - You'll need to be able to read, write and understand instructions including how to handle cleaning chemicals, basic equipment and supplies and be able to independently maintain quality standards and time guidelines.

COOPERATION - You'll need to be able to work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers, supervisors and customers.

PHYSICAL ABILITY - For your entire shift, this position requires a combination of frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, repetitive motion, carrying and/or lifting up to 50#.
