Job Summary
The Front Desk associate are the hosts that welcome our guests and assist them in making this their home away from home. They are the people that bid our guests a fond farewell and offer them a sincere invitation to return. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.
One year minimum hotel experience required
Job Requirements:
Strong customer service skills.
Prior cash handling experience.
Positive outgoing attitude.
Computer literate.
Bilingual preferred - English, Spanish or any other Language
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights,weekends and holidays.
