Order Processor

Medical Device Company in the Carlsbad area is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Order Processor Candidate for immediate hire! This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and fun working environment.  Ideal Candidates will have experience handling high call volume, is proficient on MS Office programs, strong data entry and efficiency. Keys to success will be excellent attention to detail, superior customer service skills, effective communication skills, and ability to manage a high-volume work load.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Receives customer orders through a variety of sources including fax, email, mail, internal customers and other customer care representatives
• Enter data into Oracle system with accuracy and within department performance indicators
• Makes outbound calls to service reps/customers if clarification on orders is needed
• Issue credit/rebills to the credit/rebill processor when applicable

Position Requirements: 

• 2yrs experience in data entry, or processing or customer service preferred.
• Order processing requirements at 50 +WPM
• Previous Oracle experience is preferred and ability to learn new software
• Must attend annual HIPPA training and must be held under strict compliance to the health care privacy code
• Must be able to take a “simulation” test is more of a series of exercises to determine attention to detail, accuracy, experience with MS Excel, typing speed, retention's, etc
