Job Summary:

• Communicate with customers to determine driver and equipment needs
• Schedule and notify drivers of assignments
• The ability to use judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate situations, establish priorities, and resolve matters
• The ability to develop and maintain cooperative and professional relationships with fellow employees, representatives from other departments, and supervisors
• Strong technical and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Dispatch and supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
