We are seeking a STORE MANAGER in Oakland, California

Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the District Manager and ensures financial objectives of sales, payroll and controllable expenses including shrink in assigned store.
  • Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout their store and must be committed to continuously improving our work place.
  • Managing their employees and time wisely in order to achieve maximum results.
  • Solving problems by making informed decisions and obtaining partnerships when necessary.
  • Responsible for compliance of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Results driven; takes the initiative to achieve sales
  • Strong leadership qualities including decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude; flexible. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner; to listen attentively to others and to keep supervisors informed
  • Able to establish priorities, multi-task and manage time wisely to meet deadlines
  • Computer literate; Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Minimum 2+ years Store Manager experience; big box, apparel preferred
