Store Manager - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of employees
• Oversee and be hands on with each in-store department as needed to keep in compliance with company's food/quality standards as well as keep up with Federal and local food handler/prep compliance
• Adjust bi-weekly schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency & report hours to corporate for payroll
• Hire employees & handle new employee paperwork
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Track purchases and sales accordingly to keep appropriate profit margins
• Inventory Control
• Ordering for grocery, meat, produce & taqueria depts
• Work with POS system to balance out shift drawers
• Prepare bi-weekly deposits
• Receiving

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Mexican Supermarket retail, customer service, and/or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Must speak Spanish
• Must be hands on & team worker
• Food Handler - Manager certification
• Attention to detail
