Furniture Sales Consultant Salary + Commission - Full-time / Part-time

Due to increased traffic and success we're growing and need your help. Davids Furniture & Interiors has been Central PA's fashion and design leader in home furnishings for 45 years. We believe it's important to show each associate how much we value and appreciate you. It starts with our schedule, unlike other stores that expect you to work a lot of nights and weekends, we're closed every Sunday and only schedule you for one night per week. Instead of paying on commission or a salary, we offer a salary PLUS commission so you have security and unlimited earning potential! And that's just the beginning of what makes us different. Below is a brief description of our position:

• Incorporate people skills and design knowledge, or flare for design.
• Assist our customers with the selection of unique product, with unparalleled quality, to include furniture, accessories, flooring, rugs, window treatments, and more.
• Flexibility to work with stock inventory and special order to give our customers exactly what they want.
• Keep customers up-to-date on order activity; provide progress reports and handles issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Enjoys taking concepts to reality.
• Seeks challenges and is able to overcome obstacles with solutions.
• Enjoys working in retail and understands the concepts of selling in a fast-paced yet professional environment.
