Culver's Shift Manager

Culver's on S. Tamiami Tr in Sarasota Florida is seeking a self motivated team leader to help lead our restaurant. The right team leader for us will be energetic, a positive mentor to our team members, able to remain calm in a high stress environment , upholding our high standards which makes Culver's different from the rest. This leader will be able run shifts effectively to ensure quality products , guest service and restaurant cleanliness. Responsibilities will include opening and closing the restaurants, cash handling, shift inventory management, training , ensuring team knowledge concerning products and guest service. Leader routinely coach team on items imperative to restaurant success including safety, hospitality,policies and procedures.  Experience is a quick service or fast food restaurant is helpful, but we will train the right person.
