Jewelry Doctor (https://lansingjewelrydoctor.com/) is seeking a pleasant, engaging, and highly-motivated full-time Customer Service Associate to perform a variety of tasks at our facility located in Lansing.  Associate will also have an opportunity to train as a Bench Jeweler.

 

For over twenty-five years, Jewelry Doctor has provided high-quality jewelry sales and expertise to the area. We specialize in jewelry repair, offering a full service in-house jewelry repair department, as well as designing, making, and selling jewelry. Over the years, we’ve grown and evolved, and we have been on the forefront of using technology in our line of work. We are looking for an individual who will continue to help us grow as we provide top-notch customer service to the clients we serve.

 

A Note From The Owner- Jewelry Doctor is a small, locally owned business and, unlike large corporations, we all work very closely together and you do matter (This is why we work normal hours even through the Holidays :)). Consequently, we would like to find someone looking for a long term opportunity or “home”.

 

As a Customer Service Associate your primary task will be to help customers at the counter, but you will have opportunities to grow beyond that. There are many areas we always need help with, from social media to jewelry manufacturing and more.

Position Overview

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service to customers face-to-face and over the phone

  • Assist customers with finding the perfect piece of jewelry through a high-quality sales process

  • Process accurate sales and repair transactions to include receiving incoming jewelry for repair/cleaning jobs and handing out completed orders

  • Accurately complete business data entry

  • Change watch batteries :)

For over 25 years Jewelry Doctor has been repairing mid Michigan's jewelry. Full service, in house repair, along with a complete manufacturing setup, including 3d printer (and more:)).
