Shift Manager

Today's Car Wash is the largest car wash tunnel in Bell County with multiple locations we are looking for new shift managers who can grow with us.

What we're looking for:

• Must have a honest and ethically sound decision making process
• Ability to move in a fast paced working environment in all weather conditions
• Experience with leadership of others, or manager experience (NOT car wash specific)
• Individual with desire to lead by example and encourage others to reach their full potential

What you would do:

• Lead other employees by example with honesty and ethical standards
• Ensure that all customers feel welcome and are given friendly and courteous service at all times
• Learn and master the various car wash positions, and be able to train others to complete their work to company standards
• Open and close the site
• Understand and problem solve any customer or employee issues
• Maintain equipment through a quality preventative maintenance program
