We are looking for experienced General Restaurant Managers with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as salaried manager in family dining restaurant.
We are looking for candidates who have:
3+ year's experience as a salaried General Manager in Quick Service Restaurant
Experience in sales volume of at least $3 million in sales
Very hands-on environment from the top down
Must have an energetic personality and be passionate about food serve and customer service.
Ability to maintain and increase sales
Demonstrated ability to train and develop hourly employees
Proven track record of building positive relationships with guests, employees, and vendors
