Job Description
We are seeking a part-time to full-time Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product quantity
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service in the jewelry industry
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)
- Ability to work nights, Saturdays and occasional Sunday's
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
