Job Description

We are seeking a full-time service-focused, friendly professional to join our Denver team as a Laundry Technician. Position reports to Production Manager. This position is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with great customer service, communication, and is not afraid of a physically demanding yet rewarding work environment.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Press, sort
• Identify and communicate non-restorable items
• Coordinate due dates in d/c, laundry, pressing and bagging with Ops Mgr and other leads
o Identify which jobs to clean
• Fill out paperwork and log books
• Quality Control
o Assist in identifying challenges and issues
• Provide daily updates to Ops Mgr
o Jobs completed, jobs pending
o Equipment issues
o Supplies needed
o Staffing concerns
• Train staff in dry cleaning, pressing, laundry, bagging
• Work in other departments as needed
• Organize and maintain dry cleaning, pressing, laundry and bagging area
• Cover dry cleaning, pressing, laundry and bagging while Ops Mgr is out
• Assist with trials
• Assist researching customer concerns
• Hand clean, fold
• Identify and communicate non-restorable items
• Coordinate due dates in hand cleaning and folding with Ops Mgr and other leads
• Identify which jobs to clean
• Fill out paperwork and log books
• Quality Control
• Assist in identifying challenges and issues
• Provide daily update to Ops Mgr
• Jobs completed, jobs pending
• Equipment issues
• Supplies needed
• Staffing concerns
• Train staff in hand cleaning, folding, boxing
• Work in other departments as needed
• Organize and maintain hand cleaning and folding areas
• Cover hand cleaning and folding when Ops Mgr is out, coordinate with CCM, FS GM

We Offer:
• Job hours are typically Monday – Friday, 6-2:30pm (room for flexibility if needed), overtime may be available daily and some Saturdays.
• Starting rate: $12.00 / hr
• After 30 days: full health benefits
