POSITION: eCommerce Manager (Client Accounts)

TYPE: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Securing new accounts
  • Build strong relationships with accounts
  • Ability to plan, forecast and secure business
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Set-up accounts
  • Assist in merchandising of Abbyson products with assigned accounts
  • Web sales and marketing
  • Assist in site promotions or “spot lights”
  • Create and execute promotional sales activities
  • Assist in product position online
  • Assist in providing product and marketing assets to accounts
  • Able to travel 4 times a year to trade shows
  • Coordinate with warehouse for product allocation
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals/quotas

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years’ experience in successful track record in B2B sales required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Ecommerce sales preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations required.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Monitoring performance for product on various com retailers and marketing channels.
  • Competitive Research.
  • BA/BSc degree required, with strong academic performance preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of internet marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Must be a closer, ability to negotiate deals.
  • Must be self-motivated, well-organized, and professional.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to plan, forecast and secure business.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Advanced Excel required).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and must be able to work under pressure.
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the home furnishings wholesale market, sales channel distribution, and experience with the furniture industry preferred.
