Facility Maintenance
General Summary: Responsible for semi-skilled maintenance of buildings all other facilities. Performs general carpentry, electrical, plumbing and other repairs. Response to service request and inspections as required by the facility.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Performs rough carpentry work including but not limited to installation and door repairs, interior doors, framing, painting, windows, drywall.
- Replacements of woods/vinyl trim, cabinetry, vanities, flooring, etc.
- Troubleshoots electrical outlets, switches, light fixtures, etc.
- Maintain plumbing system, repair, replacement of plumbing, ie (fixtures, shower heads, bathtubs, showers, replacing washers seals, repair leaks, open clog drains, etc.
- Repairs on Gas & electrical appliances, ie (furnaces, dishwashers, stoves, hot water heaters, smoke detectors, etc.
- Preventive maintenance on HVAC system.
- Maintenance/operate of lawn equipment.
