About this job

Job Summary/Company Information: 

  • One of the largest cold storage warehouse facilities in the United States
  • Family Owned and Operated for more than 40 years.
  • Responsible for all front office duties including greeting & assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, answering & directing phone call and performing accurate data entry
  • Work directly with office management on special team projects and ordering all office supplies.
  • Will be using industry specific software.

Pay/Benefits:

  • $14.50/hr /Full time
  • Medical, dental, vision insurance
  • Paid holidays + PTO & Vacation days upon hire
  • Raise reviews yearly.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Requirements:

  • Answering multi-line phone professionally
  • 1+ years of office experience
  • High level of customer service background
  • Experience with computer programs
