Merchant Services is the global payment processing business for JPMorgan Chase & Co. JPMorgan Chase is seeking highly talented candidates for a full-time position in the Chase Merchant Services Chief Administrative Office organization. Successful candidates will work as part of small team focused on real estate planning and facilities operations activities for CMS, including short and long term site strategy, space allocation and utilization, facilities operations and business resiliency. This role will provide the opportunity to work directly with senior management and at all levels throughout CMS. Initiatives will include heavy interaction and collaboration with corporate partners in the Global Real Estate (GRE), Corporate Location Strategy (CLS) and Global Security (GSI) functional teams.

Areas of responsibility

* Real Estate Planning and Strategy

* Act as CMS representative to GRE to understand and provide CMS input as necessary on all strategic real estate activities that impact CMS or its partners.

* Coordinate site strategy between CMS, functional partners (Operations and Technology) and GRE

* Understand hiring strategy, coordinate with HR and senior leadership to understand staffing projections and manage head count location plans on an active basis.

* Define strategy for site utilization and create plans to address changes in staffing ratios that adjust team seating to allow for optimized collaborative use of assigned space

* Create plan and project manage any site relocations as required.

* Develop and distribute MS wide and function specific Executive Management Reporting to keep leadership team proactively informed

* Business Resiliency

* Act as CMS interface for facility portion of business resiliency and disaster recovery plans.

* Participate and represent CMS interest in business resiliency and disaster recovery planning sessions with CCB.

* Other Duties

* Document, update and publish as necessary key real estate and facility operations processes so that the CMS organization has clear and concise guidance on how to request employee moves, facility enhancements, report issues and provide general feedback.

* Establish and lead site leader working group to stay aligned on any coordinated activities, facility issues/concerns and process changes the need to be distributed.

* Act as interface to CCB identifying any real estate considerations or impacts for divestiture planning.

* Partner with current Facilities Manager and provide back up when necessary

Qualifications:

* Outstanding ability to apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively (both verbally and written), and work well in cross-functional teams

* Excellent end-to-end generalist problem solving skills, including developing logical, actionable recommendations

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals via influence over resources not controlled

* Strong track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating ability to work in unstructured environment

* Collaborative, team player

* Strong attention to detail; able to produce high quality and timely work products

* Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, charts/graphs, analytics

* Advanced PowerPoint / Pitchbook Pro skills and experience preparing executive level presentations
