Kid to Kid is an upscale resale store. We purchase items from the surrounding community wanting to get rid of their unused clothing, shoes or accessories, we then resale the items. As a team member you would help with organizing racks, tagging clothes, sorting clothes, cash register sales, hanging clothes and greeting and interacting with customers.

Organize:

• Help keep racks color organzied and sized properly.
• Tag and hang current season clothing.
• Provide a seamless experience for customers who are selling their items

Team Work:

• Willing to help and learn from Team members
• Help team get daily projects completed
• Create a positive and productive workplace.
• Work as a team

Selling:

• Helping team members achieve daily sales goals
• Restock daily as needed

Back Stock:

• Manage out of season back stock
• Organize and presort back stock

Misc. Operation:

• Protect all company assets
• Able to multi-task and keep organized under pressure
• Follow all forms of loss prevention
• Understand the company's policy and procedures and follow the process.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Resolve any form of customer issues

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a retail is a plus, but not required
• 2+ years of retail experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Ability to work posted schedule
• Ability to work some weekends
• Experience with selling resale is preferred
• A positive attitude and a great work ethic

Required experience:

• Retail: 2 years
• Selling on line: 1 year
• Clothing Sales: 2 years

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
